We are hiring a German-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join our clients Global Operations team in Dublin.

This is not a standard moderation role. This is a quality-focused Trust & Safety position where your expertise ensures that moderation decisions meet the highest standards of accuracy consistency and policy compliance.

If you already have Content Moderation experience and are ready to step into a more analytical high-responsibility role this is your next move.

Your Impact

As a Quality Expert Reviewer you will:

• Review and evaluate moderation decisions for accuracy and policy alignment

• Provide structured feedback to moderation teams

• Handle complex escalation cases

• Assess high-risk content categories including:

• Apply strong German cultural and contextual understanding to nuanced decisions

• Support Global Risk Operations workflows (HERO / DOI content areas)

Your work directly contributes to the safety and integrity of a global online platform.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German

• Proven Content Moderation experience (mandatory)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
