Junior Artistic Planning & Project Manager (m / f / x)

Role :

  • Provide assistance to the Head of the Artistic Planning Division and Artistic Planning Coordinator in all fields of his / her mission covering the artistic planning, organisation and realisation of concerts and other events in the Philharmonie.
  • Oversee the organisation of certain projects, through planning and implementation to correct closure.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of the Artistic Planning division.

Profile :

  • Academic background or relevant qualifications in arts or music management, musicology or music performance.
  • Prior experience of concert programming or production.
  • Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and reliability, along with a positive and professional approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passionate about music, particularly classical music, and motivated to contribute to the success of the Philharmonie
  • Fluent command of at least two of the three following languages : German, French and English
