Job Description
These tasks await you :
- Lead controlling activities for the plant and support the strategic and operative planning of the plant
- Execute monthly closing and reporting according to standards
- Prepare standard reports to plant and business management and review monthly results ( P&L)
- Prepare budget and forecasts based on production volumes
- Ensure that the financial goals are met and implement and conduct activities according to the budget established
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Interface to plant, segment, and BA functions in order to gather local controlling requirements and demands and other feedback
- Participate in and steer local controlling related projects
- Ensure and apply Continental finance and accounting guidelines and ensure implementation and conformity with all Continental controlling systems, tools, standards and processes with high data quality and transparency
- Ensure production, investment and personnel controlling according to standards ( standard costs calculation, plant variation analysis, cost center controlling)
- Handling special tasks and ad-hoc analyses
- Execution of upcoming special projects (, conversion of daily evaluations to PowerBI, restructuring of cost centers, harmonization of reporting, etc.)
