We are currently seeking for Management & Team Assistant to join our Global Regulatory Managers and Scientific team in the Adama office in Cologne. The team is largely based in the two main hubs Tel Aviv and Cologne, but also in other countries. This role provides a key link to support the global management as well as the science team and will facilitate the smooth-running of the office in Cologne.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Effective support of the Head Global Regulatory & Scientific Affairs in administrative tasks, organisation and coordination of activities (e.g. follow up of action points, preparation of presentations and gathering information for projects)
- Scheduling and organisation of team meetings and business events
- IT maintenance, which includes the support and updating of different data bases
- Back Office support for the global management as well as for the team Travel management and expense processing Quotation and invoice management in SAP Contract and documentation management Budget management Preparation and dispatch of regulatory documents worldwide
