Please note this role requires fluency in German at a native like level (C2) and English (C1+)

Your Responsibilities on this role

• You design and implement AI-based workflows that replace manual tasks with intelligent automation, making processes across the entire company significantly more efficient.
  
  
• You work closely with cross-functional teams, identify repetitive or time-consuming processes, and prioritize appropriate automation measures.
  
  
• You use tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com) as well as other automation and AI platforms to develop, test, and deploy workflows.
  
  
• You select suitable AI services, integrate them into your workflows, and thus provide intelligent functions for various business areas.
  
  
• You monitor automated processes, resolve errors that occur, and optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
  
• You follow current developments in AI, hyperautomation, process mining, and automation and actively contribute new ideas to our projects.

Role requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in process automation or similar fields.
  
  
• You have solid programming skills – for example, in Python or JavaScript – and confidently use them to transform automation ideas into working solutions.
  
  
• You are familiar with common AI tools and services, closely follow new developments, and immediately recognize how they can be used profitably in projects.
  
  
• You have a fundamental understanding of data science and machine learning to evaluate, select, and integrate AI models into existing workflows.
  
  
• You think analytically and conceptually, understand complex business processes, and use them to develop smart, sustainable automation solutions.
  
  
• You work independently, are willing to learn, and enjoy taking on responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  
  
• You are fluent in German at a native like level (C2) and English (C1+) (both are must haves!)
