We’re seeking an experienced freelance Site / Construction Manager (Bauleiter) for a high-profile energy infrastructure project running until 2027.

Your Role :

• Oversee cable installation & jointing across a 180km route .
• Manage subcontractors , site operations & reporting.
• Ensure HSE compliance, claims & documentation .
• Work with EPC contracts and liaise with the PM team .

What You Bring :

10–15 years’ experience in infrastructure (energy, rail, roads, tunnels, power plants, etc.).

Background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering .

Fluent German & English .

Able to stay on-site full-time (Mon–Fri) .
