StellenbeschreibungCreate, maintain, and review a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, customer knowledge base articles, application notes, and tech notes Independently gather and analyze information related to embedded hardware and software, such as schematics, specifications, and product samples Transfer complex technical information into user-friendly documents, adhering to the congatec style guide and established processes for consistency and quality Collaborate closely with engineers and other teams to ensure the technical content meets the needs of the target audience Ensure timely completion of projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines Studies in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, technical writing or a related field Ability to write and describe complex technical topics clearly, precisely, and concisely, with a strong attention to detail Experience in technical writing preferred, with familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and MediaWiki considered a bonus Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines Fast learner with a natural curiosity for new technology, capable of quickly adapting to new tools Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
