Business Administrator
A well-known Japanese banking is looking for a Business Administrator to work in the Business Administration Team of the Amsterdam office.
This position will be responsible for supporting the operation of CIF creation, retail account opening, account maintenance, and account closing.
Together with the relationship managers and Basic understanding of customer due diligence and corporate banking in general are required for this role.
TYPE : Full-time, Initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)
WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week

Business Administrator Main Responsibilities :
- To facilitate client on-boarding processing after
- To perform regulatory reviews of existing client files in line with MBE periodic review policy
- To maintain the client information in systems up to date
- To support business flexibly
- To operate daily tasks such as mitigants report, Bloomberg news distribution and circulate LE205 report
- To communicate thoroughly with other
- To ensure that procedures and working instructions are developed and that training is provided to relevant staff
Business Administrator Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelors or Master’s degree e.g. Legal, Economics, Business Administration or related studies
- Basic understanding of customer due diligence and corporate banking in general
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the propensity for critical thinking with the ability to make crucial time pressured decisions with the ability to liaise with other departments and establish good relationships
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiar with payment, e-banking systems
- Fluent in the English is mandatory
- Japanese
