Business Planning and Performance Tribe Domain - das SAP Group General Ledger (GL) Team umfasst das Produkt Portfolio von globalen Finance- und Management Reporting Systemen in CIO Finance, welche hauptsächlich auf SAP-Produkten basierend auf SAP HANA beruhen.

Neben den klassischen Change / CTB Aufgaben und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Plattformen, bündeln wir das Fachwissen um die Prozesse und Systeme sowie die Expertise, große und internationale Programme erfolgreich in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen zu leiten.

Das Portfolio umfasst Systeme für die weltweite Konzernplanung und -konsolidierung sowie die interne und externe Berichtserstattung der Deutsche Bank Gruppe.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, designen und programmieren selbstständig technische Softwarelösungen für unsere SAP-Lösungen oder erarbeiten Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Kolleg*innen unseres Entwicklerteams nach unserem agilen Vorgehensmodell dbAgile@scale
• Zuverlässigkeit und Ausfallsicherheit sowie Wiederverwendbarkeit bei Lösungen beachten Sie durch gute Konzeption als auch entsprechende Unit Tests, Performance Tests, Post Go live Tests und Überprüfungen während des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Lieferung
• Die Integration Ihrer hoch qualitativen Lösungen in bestehende Prozesse und Softwarelösungen unserer Finance Kunden innerhalb der Bank sind ein weiterer materieller Baustein Ihres Wirkens
• Im Rahmen des Service Level 3 Ihrer selbstentwickelten Softwarelösungen unterstützen Sie bei der Lösung etwaiger Probleme Ihrer Entwicklungen, die in der Produktion auftreten - lernen Sie, wie sich Ihre Lösungen im produktiven Einsatz bewähren
• Sie designen und programmieren Reportings, die unseren Kunden ermöglichen, Analysen zu Finanzahlen zu erstellen, die auch dem Vorstand und Top Management als Steuerungsinformationen zur Verfügung gestellt werden können

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

Bachelor-Abschluss einer anerkannten Hochschule oder Universität mit IT- oder BWL-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung / Berufserfahrung (Bankkaufmann / -frau wünschenswert);

auch ein / e Fachinformatiker*in ist gerne willkommen

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Design und in der Softwarenentwicklung für die Bereiche Konzernrechnungslegung / Konzernplanung oder Kenntnisse im Aufbau von SAP BW Lösungen
• Erfahrung im Design und der Programmierung von komplexen Software-Lösungen in den Plattformen SAP Profitability and Performance Management ( PaPM), SAP BPC oder SAP BCS
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit dem SAP-Stack in der Deutschen Bank sind wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Design und der softwaretechnischen Erweiterung der Reporting Lösungen wie SAP Business Objects, Tableau oder SAP SAC ist wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in den Programmiersprachen SAP ABAP Standard oder ABAP Objects und / oder Microsoft .NET / Blazor / VBA und / oder Python
• Analytische und technische Kompetenz sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem multinationalen Team und in der Zusammenarbeit mit bankinternen anspruchsvollen Kunden
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

Business Planning and Performance Tribe Domain - SAP Group General Ledger (GL) team includes the product portfolio of global finance and management reporting systems in CIO Finance, which are primarily based on SAP products based on SAP HANA.

In addition to the classic change / CTB tasks and the continuous improvement of the platforms, we keep the specialist knowledge of the processes and systems, as well as the expertise to successfully manage large and international programs in close coordination with the specialist departments.

The portfolio includes systems for Group Corporate Planning and Financial Consolidation as well as internal and external reporting for the Deutsche Bank Group.

Your key responsibilities

• You will analyse business processes, design and program technical software solutions for our SAP solutions independently or develop solutions in collaboration with other colleagues from our development team according to our agile process model dbAgile@scale
• Reliability and resiliency, reusability of solutions must be delivered through good conception as well as appropriate unit tests, performance tests, post-go live tests and checks throughout the entire life cycle of the delivery
• The integration of your high-quality solutions into our finance customers' existing processes and software solutions within the bank is another material component of your work
• As part of Service Level 3 of your self-developed software solutions, you will support the clients in solving any problems with your developments that arise in production - learn how your solutions prove themselves in productive use
• You will design and program reports, which enable our customers to create a detailed analysis of financial figures that can also be made available to the board of directors and top management as control and steering information

Your skills and experiences

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with a focus on IT or business administration or comparable training / professional experience (bank clerk desirable), an IT specialist is also welcome
• Profound professional experience in design and software development for the areas of group accounting / group planning or knowledge in setting up SAP BW solutions
• Experience in the design and programming of complex software solutions in the platforms SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), SAP BPC or SAP BCS
• Knowledge and experience with the SAP stack at Deutsche Bank are desirable
• Experience in the design and software expansion of reporting solutions such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau or SAP SAC is desirable
