Job Description :
To support our activities at our Willich production site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a true business partner for our local General Manager .
In this key role , you will ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies while managing HR operations in a production environment . You will also be the main interface with our French headquarters , contributing to group-wide HR initiatives.
As an HR Manager , your responsibilities will include :
- Payroll & Compensation : Managing salary policies and review processes in line with corporate guidelines, working with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- HR Operations : Overseeing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment and HR projects.
- Employee & Manager Support : Advising employees and management on HR-related topics , acting as a trusted business partner to drive organizational efficiency.
- Labor Relations : Managing legal compliance and collaborating with the works council to ensure a positive work environment.
- HR Development & Strategy : Implementing group HR initiatives such as training programs, Great Place to Work projects, and employee development strategies .
- Reporting & Compliance : Ensuring HR reports and compliance align with both local and corporate requirements .

What We Are Looking For
Must-Have :
5+ years of experience in HR within a production environment .Strong knowledge of German labor laws and experience in collaborating with works councils .Full fluency in English .Experience in HR strategy implementation and operational HR management .Nice-to-Have :
