Job Description :

To support our activities at our Willich production site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a true business partner for our local General Manager .

In this key role , you will ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies while managing HR operations in a production environment . You will also be the main interface with our French headquarters , contributing to group-wide HR initiatives.

As an HR Manager , your responsibilities will include :

  • Payroll & Compensation : Managing salary policies and review processes in line with corporate guidelines, working with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • HR Operations : Overseeing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment and HR projects.
  • Employee & Manager Support : Advising employees and management on HR-related topics , acting as a trusted business partner to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Labor Relations : Managing legal compliance and collaborating with the works council to ensure a positive work environment.
  • HR Development & Strategy : Implementing group HR initiatives such as training programs, Great Place to Work projects, and employee development strategies .
  • Reporting & Compliance : Ensuring HR reports and compliance align with both local and corporate requirements .

  • Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    Must-Have :

  • 5+ years of experience in HR within a production environment .
  • Strong knowledge of German labor laws and experience in collaborating with works councils .
  • Full fluency in English .
  • Experience in HR strategy implementation and operational HR management .
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Exposure to an international corporate environment .
  • Experience in group-level HR transformation projects .
