About the Role :

They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive their financial strategy, ensure compliance, and lead their finance team in achieving operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and develop the finance team
  • Advise the executive team on strategic financial matters
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes

Your Profile :

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and executing financial strategies
  • Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, and tax regulations
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Fluency in German and English
