In this role youll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns making a real impact on their success.

Purpose of the Role :

As a Campaign Specialist youll work closely with clients in the German market guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns . Its a targetdriven role where youll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team .

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted consultant assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns .
  • Understand customer needs and objectives providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
  • Drive spend upsell opportunities and longterm campaign sustainability.
  • Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone ensuring topquality support.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent (an MA / MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus).
  • At least 12 years of experience in sales and / or online advertising .
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity customer satisfaction and target goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Effective time management and selforganization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
  • Clientfocused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
  • A team player who thrives in a fastpaced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Native level of German .
  • High proficiency in English .
