Alithea Bio is CyberChampion 2024 and our CEO was recognized as one of Europe's raising stars by the Woman TechEU award. We are a passionate startup with the vision of a world without cancer. Our mission is to democratize data for the development of efficient and safe immunotherapies. The company is growing and has 10 employees as of today, significant revenues and secured additional investment to drive our growth in coming years. We are working with many drug developers worldwide and contribute actively to bring next generation drugs to patients in need.

Your Role

As a working student in Marketing and Sales, you will support Alithea Bio in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with potential customers, and driving business growth. Your tasks will include :

  • Social Media Management :  Develop and execute marketing actions across platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter to build our brand presence.
  • Content Creation :  Write and design marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and articles.
  • Marketing Campaigns :  Assist in planning, running, and evaluating campaigns to reach new audiences and engage existing customers.
  • Conferences and Events :  Organize Alithea's participation in industry conferences, including scheduling, material preparation, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Customer Database Management :  Maintain and update customer records to support targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Market Research :  Conduct market screening and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and biotechnology :

  • You are currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • You have experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • You are proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or French is a plus.
  • You are enthusiastic about precision medicine and the impact of innovative technologies in healthcare.
