YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading allfinancial management aspects in Operations and Supply Chain for LMSand acting as Financial Business Partner for the VP GlobalOperations and Supply Chain.
• Own the financialKPI framework including monthly reviews, forecasts and budgetprocess including the harmonisation and improvement of reportingaccross all sites.
• Drive material cost andconversion cost productivity accross allplants.
• Drive working capital management withfocus on inventory.
• Ensure proper capitalallocations across the manufacturing sites and drive the supplychain footprint strategy.
• Ensure financialcompliance across the sites including the standard costingprocess.
• Manage and develop the operationsFinance team 10-12FTE.

YOURPROFILE

• University degree(Bachelor, Master in Finance or equivalent)
• 10+years experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturingenvironment ideally within capital investmentbusiness.
• Excellent analytical skills andbusiness acumen to understand complex production and supply chainnetworks on global scale.
• Track record infinancial process improvements including design of budget andforecasting processes as well as reportingtools.
• Strong people leadership skills with afocus on talent development in a globalenvironment.
• Proven executive communicationskills and ability to create followership in a matrixorganisation.
• Fluent in German &English
