JOIN OUR TEAM

As Intern CRM you will be responsible for distributing one of our most important communications our daily newsletters. You will be part of an international team in our global headquarters in Munich. This position is limited to 6 months and located in Munich .

WHAT YOULL DO

  • supporting the distribution of newsletters and push notifications for several international countries
  • daytoday coordination of newsletter submission process with International Merchandising and Tech colleagues
  • monitoring sendout performance as part of our realtime duties as well as in retrospective
  • setting up various multichannel campaigns together with CRM Managers in our Customer engagement platform
  • supporting CRM Managers in country expansion

YOU COME WITH

  • studies in a field of business economics or communication
  • an eye for detail and passion for structured processes
  • wellorganised working style and the ability to meet deadlines
  • very good ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • HTML and / or SQL experience is a plus
  • fluency in English
