Job Description
In this role you are responsible for the following topics :
- Lead a team of quality managers in Europe and Asia
- Develop a high performance quality team
- Driving systematic problem-solving process
- Facilitate and drive continuous improvement
- Interact with customer and improve customer satisfaction
- Member of the Gerresheimer Quality Council and representative of the business unit
Qualifications
Bachelor- or Master degree in the area of Engineering or similarMinimum 10 years working within Quality area and 5 years working as Quality manager, preferably for a supplier to the pharma industryHave been working with customers connected with quality and with regulatory issuesVery strong in quality and regulatory area within Pharma and / or devicesKnowledge to all basic standards – e.g. ISO 9001Fluent in English and German, Polish and French as a plusStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated and business senseWillingness to travel and high intercultural competencies
