As our Product Development Engineer , you’ll support HID’s success by :
- Supporting sales in front of the customer with product definition
- Designing of customized packaging of RFID inlays into Smart labels and other flexible RFID transponder products
- Managing engineering projects for the development of new products
- Supporting production team during ramp up of new products
- Scanning the market for new materials and technologies
- Making the product greener by selecting and qualifying new base materials and manufacturing technologies
- Cooperating with development teams in the HID IDT Business Area
Your Experience and Background include :
Experience in managing small and mid-sized development projects for customer specific productsExperience in customer communicationGeneral RFID knowledge about antenna technologies in LF, HF and UHF frequency bandsBasic knowledge about HF and UHF transponder antenna design and applicationsKnowledge about label materials, material compatibility and compliance requirementsExperience in product qualificationCreating technical documentationHands on mentalityLove to work in a small group embedded into an international teamFluent in German and English language, able to read datasheets and other technical documentationProficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD LT, etc.Capable to take initiative and work autonomouslyAbility of international travelling to support customersWhat we can offer you :
