A Japanese chemical company is currently recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator in their Düsseldorf office. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating closely with sales teams, customers, and other internal departments to facilitate efficient order processing, communication, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Order Processing :
- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise
2. Communication with Japan :
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and Japan regarding order detailsFacilitate effective communication to ensure seamless order executionCollaborate with Japanese counterparts to resolve any queries or discrepancies3. Invoice Issuance
Generate and issue invoices to customers promptlyCoordinate delivery logistics, including shipping arrangementsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies4. Inventory Management :
Maintain inventory records and track stock levelsCollaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory managementAssist in inventory reconciliation and reporting5. Shipping Handling :
Coordinate shipping activities based on shared information with JapanProvide instructions to the warehouse team for efficient shipping and handlingMonitor shipping schedules and address any delays or issues6. Administrative Work :
Handle administrative tasks related to sales supportMaintain records, prepare reports, and assist with data entrySupport the sales team with any additional administrative needsSALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Proven experience in sales support, order processing, or similar rolesUnderstanding of international logistics is essentialFluency in English and advanced level of German is requiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related fieldStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectivelyJapanese language proficiency is advantageousAll applicants for the Sales Support Coordinator must have the right to work in German as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
