As a Research working student at Kickbase you will support the team executing various tasks along the research process to improve users’ experience and, ultimately, contribute to the success of the cooperation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help designing & planning different quantitative & qualitative research studies
- Provide support in recruiting participants & collecting user data
- Assist in analyzing user data & drawing meaningful conclusions
- Create detailed, visually compelling reports for internal stakeholders
- Take on different perspectives on research (e.g. UX, Product, Marketing)
QUALIFICATIONS
Must haves
Pursuing Bachelor’s or higher degree with touch points to scientific practice (preferably in 2.-4. semester)Basic understanding of qualitative & quantitative research methodsExcellent communication & presentation skills in German and EnglishAbility to work independently & in organized, accurate mannerProactive nature & intrinsic willingness to learnPronounced critical thinking & empathy skillsMinimum 16h availability per weekPossibility to work on-site at our office in MunichNice 2 haves
