Your Responsibilities | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – PFS - Conformité

  • Lead the full compliance framework : set up of policies and procedures, ongoing monitoring, regulatory watch and periodic reports to management.
  • Oversee and validate the client onboarding process : KYC collection, risk assessments, document review and escalation of sensitive cases.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the CSSF and other authorities, preparing all required regulatory filings and annual compliance reports.
  • Work closely with accounting, tax and corporate governance teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments.
  • Train and support colleagues by delivering in-house sessions and updating procedures whenever regulations evolve.

Profile and Career Path | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – PFS - Conformité

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator or financial service provider in Luxembourg.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law and related circulars; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in French and English to liaise confidently with clients and regulators.
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and the ability to work independently while still having ample support from your higher ups should you have questions.

  • An attractive salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, plus an annual performance bonus . In addition, you will have meal vouchers as well.
