(Senior) Product Manager

Salary 60.000 - 75.000 EUR per year

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Proven track record of at least 2 years in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.

Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud technologies, and related concepts.

Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Translate customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and market impact.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities in an Agile development environment.

Work closely with engineering teams to provide guidance, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
