Job Summary :

For the expansion of our lab in Plattling we are searching for a

Specialist (m / f / d) Quality Systems and Processes

This role will lead or support the development, management and improvements of the technology systems and processes related to the quality management system (QMS), associated process tools and interrelated systems.

Your tasks :

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of the quality management system according to ISO 17000 series standards
  • Management of the development and improvement of technological systems related to the quality management system, including document control, audit management, quality databases
  • Management and planning of internal and external audits
  • Maintenance of QMS data for management and reporting purposes
  • Investigation of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions
  • Supporting global QMS communication
  • Responsible for the accuracy and quality of data, information and communication material related to quality systems and processes

Your qualifications :

  • Completed studies; alternatively further training as a state-certified technician or comparable
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, system and process design and improvement
  • Experience with management systems and conformity assessment standards
  • Strong project management skills
  • Sound knowledge of data analysis
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power Platform and project management software
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Independent, systematic and responsible way of working, strong communication skills
