What You'll Do

As our Online Marketing Manager, you will :

  • Lead Performance Marketing : Manage and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Taboola.
  • Enhance Customer Journeys : Ensure a seamless digital experience from ads to website interactions and CRM tools.
  • Create Engaging Content : Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, website content, and creative marketing assets.
  • Drive Data-Backed Decisions : Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Matomo, and A / B testing tools.
  • Engage Niche Audiences : Develop marketing strategies tailored to older demographics in healthcare.
  • What Youll Bring

  • Proven Experience : 3+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and Taboola.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools like Matomo and Google Analytics.
  • Creative Thinking : Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns that engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills : Experience working with design and tech teams to drive cross-functional projects.
  • Language Proficiency : Native-level German and fluent English.
