Responsibilities :
Compliance System Validation & Optimization : Validate the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the compliance management system.
Guidance & Coordination : Provide functional guidance to compliance managers and compliance assistants on various compliance topics.
Sponsoring & Donation Management : Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group.
International Compliance Standards : Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
Compliance Organization Development : Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies.
Advisory Role : Advise PH AG and group companies, business units, and employees on compliance-related questions and recommend improvements.
Integration of Compliance Topics : Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities.
Guideline Preparation & Implementation : Prepare and implement guidelines for compliance topics, including policy and procedure management.
Training & Education : Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience : First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment..
Healthcare Compliance : Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
Project Management : Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
Language Skills : Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required
