As part of this shift, we’re seeking a passionate HR Coordinator to join our innovative HR team at Northvolt Drei, one of Germany’s first large-scale battery gigafactories located in Heide. p>

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Drive, implement, and improve all HR processes together with corporate functions, including onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits and learning & development
- Play a key role in our People & Culture projects, e.g. annual growth & performance management cycle, health & safety, and employee engagement activities
- Support our external payroll provider with monthly payroll and expense management processes
- Design and implement policies that drive positive employee experience
- Continuously improve HR Reporting and Analytics to support informed business decisions
Minimum requirements :
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, Business, Psychology, Education or similarSuccessful track record of scaling HR-operations in a fast-growing environmentExperience in the industrial / manufacturing industry or in a start-up would be beneficialGood knowledge of employment law and labour law in GermanyFluent in German and English, both written and spokenKnowledge and experience of payroll and HR-systems would be a big plusExperience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment would also be preferredSounds like a great fit?
