Your tasks
Assembly and disassembly of prototype batteries.You will analyze and document the causes of faults in our batteries and high-voltage components.Electrical and mechanical measurement of batteries and components from the high-voltage vehicle electrical system.Test preparation of batteries for testing on high-voltage test benches or in electric trucksRepair and analysis of faulty high-voltage batteriesRecognize weak points and errors in the work process and eliminate them independently, if necessary, commission aids.You will be responsible for the exchange of information and agreements with the various interfaces, such as segment managers, team colleagues and developers.Support in the creation of work instructions / test plans / test instructions for all assembly content.Live working on high-voltage batteries or vehiclesControl of HV components with the help of various SW such as CANoeYour profile
Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrics or mechatronics or equivalent skills and qualifications acquired in another way.Ideally, you have an additional qualification as a high-voltage specialist (FHV) in accordance with DGUV 209-093 (level 2E or 2S and above)You have very good written and spoken German language skillsIdeally, you have a good command of written and spoken EnglishYou enjoy working independently and in a structured mannerYou have a class B driving licenseYou have very good teamwork and communication skillsYou are generally willing to travel on business.Confident handling of MS Office applications.Basic knowledge of Vector CANoE and Cananalyzer is desirable.
