Requirements

Your responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare analyze and deliver financial statements reports and budgets to program management.
  

• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger ensuring the accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  

• Accounts Payable: Review and process invoices payments and expense reports in accordance with program guidelines and regulatory standards.
  

• Accounts Receivable: Oversee participant billing invoicing and collections to guarantee timely and precise processing.
  

• Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and oversight of program budgets monitoring expenditures and variances.
  

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to detect trends pinpoint areas for enhancement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations program policies and funding prerequisites.
  

• Financial Audit Support: Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing requested financial data and documentation.
  

• Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll personnel to guarantee accurate and punctual payroll processing.

Your qualifications:

• Masters or bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  

• Several years of accounting experience preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
  

• Proficiency in the use of accounting software the Microsoft Office Suite and various financial reporting tools.
  

• A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles regulations and financial best practices; additional certification is a plus.
  

• Fluent in German English and Chinese.
  

• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
