Support the PMO in a global Workday implementation by assisting with project coordination documentation and communication. Key tasks include managing schedules tracking action items supporting training activities maintaining project data and helping ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. Gain hands-on experience in HR systems and global project delivery.

About the Job

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the global Workday implementation project
• Help maintain project plans risk logs and status reports
• Support stakeholder communication and reporting activities
• Assist in monitoring project milestones and deliverables
• Support the preparation logistics and documentation of training sessions and workshops
• Support data validation tasks and help prepare data reports for project tracking
• Gain insights into cloud-based HR system implementation and global project governance
