Intern Private Debt - Investment Team

Job Description

During your six-month internship with the Frankfurt-based Private Debt investment team, your tasks and responsibilities will include :

Reviewing and screening of investment opportunities including qualitative

and quantitative analysis of business opportunities;

Composing investment committees’ memoranda and credit papers;

Financial modelling and valuation analysis;

Assessment of business, financial and industry due diligence;

Deal execution support and portfolio monitoring.

Requirements

Solid academic track record : pursuing a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree in a top ranking university;

Previous experience in investment banking, transaction services, private debt or private equity;

Proven interest in the finance industry, particularly in private equity or private debt;

Strong IT skills (MS Office), in particularly Excel; financial modelling skills is an advantage;

Excellent language skills in English and German; fluency in other European languages is a plus, especially French or Spanish;

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail;

Self-starter with an independent working style;

Self-motivated and pro-active team player.
