Sales Manager – IT Partner Business (Germany & Austria)
Location : Munich (Hybrid model)
We are searching for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for IT Partner Business to join a fast-paced, growth-driven company in the IT solutions industry. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion and take on a leadership role in the DACH region, focusing on key partnerships and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a network of 20-25 key partner accounts across Germany and Austria.
- Lead and oversee an IT sales team, including field sales, inside sales, and presales engineers.
- Define and implement strategies to increase the number of strategic partners in the SMB and Mid-Enterprise markets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new key partners from the top 100 Integrators in Germany.
- Collaborate with partners, distributors, and other vendors on complex networking solutions and large-scale projects.
- Manage the partner project pipeline and engage with corporate end customers to secure opportunities.
- Provide regular forecasts, updates on partner development plans, and track top opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, including both top and bottom-line targets.
- Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prioritize sales efforts and plan customer interactions to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product management, technical support) to optimize sales outcomes.
- Share competitive insights, market trends, and channel information to drive business success.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, delivering regular pipeline updates and coaching as needed.
- Manage project business, including product selection and pricing, to align with agreed objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Experience :
At least 8-15 years of experience in IT solutions sales, preferably in networking and communications infrastructure.Strong relationships with major system integrators and IT resellers in Germany.Proven success in managing IT solution projects and working with commercial end customers.Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing a small sales team.Expertise in partner development, enablement, and strategic account planning.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive with a strong hunter mentality.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.Dynamic, committed, and results-oriented with the ability to build strong business relationships.Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of the economics of channel partnering and how to adapt to evolving partner needs.Experience in business deployments involving networking solutions.Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time for partner and end customer visits, trade shows, and key meetings.If you are passionate about IT solutions and looking to play a key role in a rapidly growing organization, we invite you to apply.
