What you’ll do

  • Work closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly with Airline Operations
  • Create a shared understanding of their needs / problems and conceptualize solutions
  • Independently write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on OKRs and the product vision
  • Back your ideas and decisions through A / B testing and data-driven insights
  • Have lateral leadership of a squad and guide them to success by taking decisions collaboratively and continuously improving our way of working

What you’ll need

  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner / Product Manager
  • In depth experience in developing both app and web products
  • An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A / B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data
  • Familiar working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog based on the requirements from the customer and from the vision
  • Fluent business English skills. Other languages a plus
