Your tasks

Responsibility for the integration of electrical and electronic components (e.g. in-flight entertainment) into the seat structure

Liaison between internal development teams, customers and suppliers of in-flight entertainment systems

Collaboration with international airlines and suppliers, participation in project meetings and creation of documents and construction documents

Creation of CATIA 3D models as a basis for the development of seat components

Creating and managing electrical system drawings, specifications and parts lists

Supporting production with the integration of electrical components

Carrying out special designs and processing product improvements

Your profile

Completed technical studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification and a strong interest in electrical components

First practical experience in the field of cable laying (e.g. wiring in the automotive sector) or mechatronics and in the creation of drawings

A strong understanding of electrical systems

Good knowledge of CATIA V5

Experience in dealing with FMEA and reliability determination

Very good communication skills and enjoy working with international airlines and suppliers

Analytical thinking, persuasiveness, organizational talent and a structured way of working

Confident written and spoken German and English skills
