Thisrole aligns and supports our local Sales Leaders with partnersales, engagement, and selection, as well as demand generation inorder to reach our targets. Partner sales is a strong focus forthis role, and you will work with and be accountable for the entireecosystem of consulting partners in Central.
Theideal candidate leads by influence, is sales-driven, and hasexperience in sales, the industry, and potentially also inconsulting and / or marketing departments. The candidate will developand drive the execution of revenue-driving programs andinitiatives, evangelizing SFDC’s value proposition within thepartner organization and facilitating the partner’s valueproposition within SFDC and affiliatedcompanies.
The Central Alliances & ChannelsCountry Leader will work closely with local stakeholders as well asPartner Account Managers teams in EMEA and Channel specialistteams, with a responsibility to secure that the ecosystem is asstrong as possible to support Salesforce innovation and growth. Thesuccessful candidate will have an innovator's mindset, with astrong aptitude for understanding the big picture and translatingit into tactical action. A strong sales mindset must be supportedby an ability to operationally support our sales leaders, haveskills to do country and territory planning, partner businessplans, partner marketing plans, and drive strategicpartnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- LeadAlliances & Channels in Central
- SupportSales Country Leader and sales teams in strategic and operationalsales
- Secure the health and capability of thePartner Ecosystem in Central
- Define AlliancesStrategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) plan
- Take keypartners sales plays, services offering, and solutions to definedmarket units for local partner execution and engagement withinSalesforce Industries and field salesteams.
- Cross-functional collaboration withAlliances leaders across Alliances & Channels EMEAorganization
- Joint Solution Development &Execution - Commercialize vertical solutions or product extensionsto leverage Key Partners IP and vertical expertise with SalesforceIndustries teams.
- Collaborate with all relevantstakeholders, such as sales leadership, corporate and partnermarketing, industry and enablement teams, etc. to ensure ourpartners are skilled and able to drive sales and customersuccess
- Drive execution in concert withregional / country ecosystem resources. Identify target accounts andsign off with regional sales and Key Partnersleaderships.
- Review sales playmetrics / effectiveness on a recurring basis with Key Partners,Partner Sales team, Sales Regions & Business Developmentteams.
- Maintain pipeline and dashboards thatcommunicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identifiedprograms and investments.
- Conduct regularcadence between Key Partners & SFDC stakeholders (Sales,Partner Sales, Industry Teams, etc.)
- Ensureeffective and timely internal & external communication andcoordination of SFDC’s ecosystem strategy & executionresults.
- Build Country and business plans withour key partners and hold them accountable for reaching the goalswe have set up

TARGETSKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
12+ years inchannel sales or channel management roles focused on multiplepartner types including GSI’sExtensiveexternal industry network with 3-5 years of SaaS-based solutionsand CRM Cloud partner channel salesexperienceStrong Sales background. Salesmanagement experience.Experience from matrixorganizations with several partners in an internationalenvironment.Vast experience and / orunderstanding of how consulting companies work and what drives themforward.Demonstrated analytical,organizational, and project management skills, using relevantinformation to make timely and critical decisions that affectcross-functional teams and have substantial impact on investmentsand program effectiveness.Demonstrable proofof producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channelsales through global strategic systemintegratorsStrong presentation skills,especially related to building compelling and influentialpresentationsExcellent written and verbalcommunications skills.Valuable work experiencefocused on scaling operations and / or logicalreasoningSelf-starter motivated to go aboveand beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative,fast-paced environmentFluency in both Englishand GermanJ-18808-Ljbffr
