StellenbeschreibungMinimum of Bachelor in Engineering is required in Mechanical, Industrial & Production, Aerospace engineering Must have general Manufacturing experience in CNC machining, special processes, surface treatments, metrology, GD&T, safety requirements, etc. Candidate shall be proficient in machining processes and creation / optimization / testing of CNC programs for various machines for parts manufacturing / production, includes activities such as : First level support covers categorizing requests, setting response and resolution times, outlining communication channels, documenting requirements, and establishing reporting processes Optimisation of NC programs using tools such as Third Wave Production (TWS) Module Experience on Operating CNC Turning / Milling / Multi-axis Mill-Turn machines Experience in NC-programming for Turning, Milling, Mill-Turn machines like Hermle, DMG, VDF, Mazak, etc. Experience in analyzing legacy NC code & migrating to NX program Experience in prove out programs on the machines Experience in NX modelling & drafting preferred Understanding of tool & parameter selection for machining Understanding of manufacturing process / stage models, sketch plans, models and drawings Knowledge on Aircraft engine components and associated Manufacturing engineering processes, machining, coatings, surface treatments, metrology, quality control, safety requirements, etc. Knowledge on Cutting Tools, machining Strategies and Cutting parameters Data analysis and Reporting Program / Interface management experience Knowledge of Aerospace and / or other industries standards are required. Good communication & presentation skills are must to deal with global suppliers and stakeholders. Good to have Tool working experience – NX, Teamcenter only.
