Frontend Team Lead (Engineering manager)

Do work that matters. As the Team Lead for Frontend Development , you will play a crucial role in digitizing the energy industry, creating user-friendly interfaces that support the renewable energy transition.
We are looking for someone with a passion for both technology and team development, who can lead by example and nurture the growth of individual team members.
In this role, you will :
- Take charge of personnel management for the Frontend Team, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Lead the development of both WebApp and MobileApp solutions, maintaining clear communication with non-technical customers.
- Collaborate with frontend and design teams to create intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience managing frontend teams - maybe 3-4 people and looking for your next step to manage a larger team
- Strong React and React Native experience (But you can bring a strong frontend experience in any modern language)
- Strong understanding of building technical and product roadmaps
- Create design systems
- At least 2 years of experience leading software engineering teams, particularly in frontend development.
- A solid background in managing teams and projects in cross-functional environments.
- Passionate about delivering top-tier user experiences and supporting the energy transition.
