Ensure all platforms (homepage & tabs) are merchandised following the Group guidelines whilst taking into account local specificities
- Handle communication with commercial teams requesting/challenging positioning of banners on the HP
Optimize daily attractivity of our offer and appropriate traffic allocation between businesses Veepee products and marketing support
- Develop and use daily quality indicators (B2C segmentation Offer quality score etc.) within daily attractivity assessment
- Collaborate closely with planning teams to deliver the most balanced and optimized planning also from a B2C perspective
- Be an active contributor in the development of a new daily attractivity tool
Build & improve processes (within team & with other departments) and reporting driving to efficiency & insights
- Hiding process for non performing sales on the homepage
- Hiding process for Brandsplace boutiques when Flash sales of the same brands
- Travel homepage visibilityetc.
- B2C performance:
You follow the B2C performance of the Group with a focus per country and set up relevant actions to support growth
- Monitor daily performance per platform (B2C/B2B platform functioning etc.)
- Support your team to set up action plans in collaboration with other teams (CRM Trade Project) to act (pro-active and reactive) following trends and support growth
- Identify strategic levers to further improve the performance (per platform)
- Improve member experience:
You collaborate with multiple teams (Growth Data science UX the Agency CRM) to improve homepage (& tab) performance and enhance member experience
- Express improvement needs for tools processes and features on the homepage/tabs (A/B testing benchmarking)
- Identify and arbitrate the best merchandising adjustments and mechanisms to support marketing activations (commercial events MGM editorial etc.)
- Share business objectives with UX and data teams to improve algorithm personalization
- Data expertise:
You use data to steer the teams focus and actions as well as improve business performance
- Track full funnel performance and web behaviour analytics (Mixpanel) in order to enhance business & platform performance
- Track HP & tab performance through KPIs such as UV sales entry rate UDSV share of voice per business /UV order to assess merchandising performance and steer action plans
- Collaborate with the marketing data & insights and marketing excellence teams to develop and improve marketing reports and dashboards to track the business and improve (team) performance
- Own reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Team management:
You are leading a cross European team of B2C Merchandizers
- Manage the team to execute tasks: ensure tasks are completed with operational excellence and in time
- Ensure your team works in the most efficient way possible (tools processes etc.) in collaboration with the Marketing Excellence team
- Be the coach of your team members to develop professionally (setting and tracking OKRs) & personally
- Develop an international mindset to manage a culturally diverse team
- Act as a point of contact for local HR and be informed of country specificities
