processing of export orders such as preparation of export documents in compliance with current customs regulations

interface between different areas of the organisation such as shipping, production, sales, accounts receivable and controlling

order review and coordination as well as monitoring of delivery dates awarding transport orders (land, sea, air)

central point of contact for order status and logistics status

processing of documentary transactions (bank guarantees, debt collection, letters of credit, ...)

your talent

commercial training, further training in customs and foreign trade and several years of professional experience in this field

good computer skills (erp system, atlas, ms office)

pronounced customer orientation, confident appearance internally and externally

initiative, good communication skills and flexibility

very good knowledge of english necessary and good knowledge of french desirable
