What can you expect

As a  Senior Graphic Designer (m / f / d) at Motel a Miio, you will spearhead the visual execution of creative campaigns and marketing concepts across online and offline channels. This role blends graphic design with strategic thinking, enabling you to craft compelling designs that elevate brand identity and enhance customer experience. Working in a diverse team, you’ll ensure high-quality outputs, seamless workflows and a consistent brand presence while staying ahead of market trends and fostering innovation.

  • Lead the visual implementation of marketing concepts and creative campaigns, ensuring high cross-media effectiveness and seamless graphic services across all online and offline channels
  • Oversee the creation, artistic direction and quality control of a diverse range of marketing materials, including UI design, motion design and print assets such as flyers, brochures, print ads, catalogs and posters
  • Ensure smooth production workflows and timely execution of all creative projects
  • Develop new creative processes and support the digital transformation of the creative department
  • Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all on- and offline channels
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends
  • Further develop the corporate identity to align with evolving brand goals
  • Report directly to Head of Art Director

Your profile

  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent qualifications with a focus on web graphic design and / or web art direction
  • Min. 5 years of proven professional experience in graphic design or a similar role within an agency or corporate setting
  • Expertise in creative and digital trends, with a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Excellent organizational and independent working skills, paired with high motivation, reliability and effective communication
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Strong affinity for lifestyle and design aesthetics
  • High initiative and a proactive attitude, combined with a flexible and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a diverse cultural environment, fostering inclusivity and team collaboration
