WHAT YOULL DO
You contribute to digital profitable growth in the region playing an important role in understanding our digital commercial performance and the digital P&L. You plan forecast and follow up on digital selling and the full sales equation together with the regional digital and omni sales team. You secure a highquality digital sales plan and ensure delivery of financial result together with the regional digital and omni sales team. You are responsible for proactively reviewing performance and identifying opportunities and actions connected to sales customer traffic and logistics to maximize net sales omni profit and customer base value in the region.

The Digital function aims to profitably grow digital. We do so by executing our transactional channels with commercial excellence and by taking and endtoend view of the customer experience collaboratively securing digital sales and profit. As part of the team youll work together with other Specialists such as Experience Leads Web Analysts and our regional ECom team with ECom & Experience Leads.

This is a fulltime position starting as soon as possible . The role is a hybrid role based in Berlin or Hamburg with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
