TGRC, a specialist in renewable energy recruitment, is currently seeking an experienced Package Manager with a focus on electrical systems for a prestigious offshore wind project in Hamburg. This pivotal role offers an attractive salary equivalent to €113,000 per annum and is available as a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the electrical package of the offshore wind project, ensuring all components are in line with technical specifications, project timelines, and budgetary guidelines.

Coordinate closely with engineers, project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of electrical systems.

Manage all aspects of the electrical package from design through to implementation, including oversight of procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.

Lead regular project meetings to provide updates, drive project milestones, and facilitate the resolution of technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Requirements :

Proven track record as a Package Manager or in a similar role within the offshore wind industry, with a strong focus on electrical engineering.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems related to wind energy, including high-voltage systems, power distribution, and grid integration.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects in challenging environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in German is highly beneficial.

Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
