You are acting as a Software Integration & Verification Engineer (m / f / d) for our client Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth.
Your responsibilities :
Analysis, refinement, and maintenance of software requirements while ensuringclarity, consistency, traceability, and compliance with system requirements and certification standards - militaryAnalysis of software requirement specifications for embedded systemsParticipation in the definition and continuous improvement of the verification and test strategy in coordination with the software architecture and system requirementsDefinition, adaptation, and implementation of test strategies for software and embedded systems SystemsDevelopment, expansion, and maintenance of test scenarios, test procedures (automated or manual), and simulation models for integration and qualification testsDevelopment and implementation of test plans and test cases for integration and qualification testsConducting integration and formal qualification tests on the software test bench, evaluating the results, performing root cause analyses, and creating detailed problem reportsConducting formal qualification tests on the software test benches in accordance with DO-178C and the corresponding certification processesInvestigation of problems and preparation of problem reportsCreation, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality verification and test documentationCreation and provision of software documentation and reportsEnsuring software quality and compliance with applicable certification standards (e.g., DO-178C)Collaborate with systems, avionics, and safety engineering teams to translate multidisciplinary inputs into clear, testable, and actionable software requirementsCollaboration with cross-functional teams, including systems and flight test engineersSupport and coordination of testing activities within the team, including prioritization, synchronization, and coordination with other engineering disciplinesPromotion of and contribution to multidisciplinary cooperation and coordination as an interface between software development, systems engineering, test teams, and certification bodiesScrum Master responsibilities : Facilitating agile processes, coordinating sprints, coaching the team on agile principles, and supporting the timely delivery of project resultsYour profile :
Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or comparableProfessional work experience in Electrical Engineering / Electronics, IT / Information Systems, Project Management and EngineeringPractical experience in software development for embedded systemsExperience in software verification, specification, and agile development (Scrum)Knowledge of agile principles and practicesExperience in the specification and / or verification of embedded real-time softwareFamiliarity with airworthiness processes and certification standards (e.g., DO-178C)Fluent English and good German, both spoken and writtenFrench is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally for workYour partner :
