The challenge

As International Sales Manager DACH, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You will be responsible for expanding our presence, achieving sales growth and developing lasting relationships with customers. You will work closely with our business development team, technical consultants and marketing specialists and report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

What will you do?

Your days will be varied and challenging, with a focus on :

Strategy and growth : Develop and implement a strategy to achieve our commercial goals in the DACH region.
Attract new customers : Identify opportunities and convince educational publishers of the unique value of our technology.
Onboarding and support : Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers in cooperation with our support team.
Strengthen relationships : Build strong, long-term partnerships and work with customers on joint growth.
Market research and innovation : Analyse trends and competitors to improve our strategies and exploit new opportunities.

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated professional with :

At least 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in SaaS or the educational sector.

Strong knowledge of the DACH market and a relevant network.

Excellent command of German and English (French is an advantage).

An entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset, combined with technical affinity.

Bachelor's / Work and thinking level.
