Fulfillment Planning Director/Associate Director
Job Responsibilities :
1 Assist the responsible person of the European fulfillment region in formulating and coordinating annual business plans for logistics and warehousing in the region, clarifying medium - and long-term business goals and directions, and formulating corresponding implementation strategies;
2 Responsible for overall warehouse network planning within the region, combining medium and long-term business needs, planning the warehouse network model, site selection layout, resource coordination, etc.

3. Optimize cross-border and local logistics fulfillment links in the European region, coordinate the cost and efficiency improvement of regional fulfillment, propose effective strategies for optimizing the cost and efficiency of overseas warehouses and logistics, and cover front-end users, and coordinate implementation.
4. Based on business strategies, assist regional leaders in formulating annual budgets, establish a regional budget management system, collaborate with the headquarters business analysis team and financial BP team, establish cost and budget standards, and propose and implement regional cost optimization plans.
Requirements :
- 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- 2. Minimum of 5 years of supply chain or logistics planning related work experience, e-commerce supply chain warehousing and logistics related experience is preferred;
- 3. Fluent English, with automation equipment project, lean production experience is preferred;
- 4. Be responsible and have good execution ability, good cross-departmental communication skills, organization and coordination and problem solving skills;
Clear thinking, excellent logical analysis skills, language and written expression skills.
