This is a key sales role for one of our clients to develop the German market and could lead to further career growth for the successful candidate.

The Position

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionising logistics, working directly with cutting-edge technology and business development to create meaningful partnerships that transform how companies operate.

As a key player in our client’s growth, you will :

  • Take charge of the entire sales process for your market, from identifying new business opportunities to sealing game-changing deals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
  • Play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals that drive both the client’s and their customers’ success.
  • Represent the client as a thought leader and brand ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and during strategic customer engagements.
  • Negotiate powerful partnerships that benefit both the client and customers, all while paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future.
  • Continuously innovate and refine service offerings, leveraging customer insights and your own strategic vision to stay ahead of the curve.

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to shape your own path, working with an elite European and Global team while enjoying significant autonomy to make an impact in your region.

The Ideal Candidate

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionising logistics, working directly with cutting-edge technology and business development to create meaningful partnerships that transform how companies operate.

Our client, a subsidiary of Scania, is focused on driving the transition to sustainable logistics by reducing CO2 emissions. They optimize transport efficiency through advanced technology and consolidated volumes, balancing operational needs with sustainability. Their goal is to lead the green transition through Scania's Lean methodology, cutting-edge solutions, and a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and compliance.

Direct sales experience in logistics sales (especially EV or sustainability) would be positive for any candidate. Experience in aligned industries like supply chain, software or technology for supply chain and logistics would be beneficial.

What we’re looking for :

  • Experienced Sales Professional : You bring 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in the logistics sector, with a proven track record of success in handling complex sales processes.
  • Master Communicator : Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to simplify complex topics, making them easily understood by diverse audiences.
  • Results-Driven : You’re naturally goal-oriented, with an unwavering passion for achieving and surpassing commercial targets.
  • Relationship Builder : You excel at cultivating strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring long-lasting partnerships and trust.
  • Team-Oriented : You’re a supportive, collaborative team player who knows the value of teamwork and isn’t afraid to ask for or offer help when needed.
  • Language & Location : You must be fluent in both German and English, and live within the assigned territory in Germany.
  • Tech-Savvy : You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating CRM systems—experience with HubSpot is a bonus!
