Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who has a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise. The Human Resources Business Partner will nurture relationships with internal and external customers, creating the best employee journey possible at Anker.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the headquarter HR on workforce planning, assessing talent gaps, and headcount forecasting to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time to meet business objectives
- Attract, identify, interview and select qualified candidates for open roles
- Integrate and partner with headquarter HR in the Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions, programs and help scale the business solutions.
- Manage and facilitate the overall performance review Cycle, sales incentive guideline, promotion and employee engagement survey.
- Work closely with regional head , legal with supporting employee relations issues as needed
Job Requirements :
- Multiple years of experience in human resources strategy and partnering in fast-paced tech startup environments and / or in consulting high-growth companies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree. Nice to have : HR Certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, at all levels of leadership
- Experience in full-cycle of recruitment.
- Must bring heart, humor and a desire to collaborate
- Must bring an eagerness to learn new things, through curiosity, experimentation, and reflection.
- Great ability to communicate in both English and Chinese
