We are looking for a highly motivated andexperienced Solution Architect Digital Workplace (m / f / d) to joinour wonderful team. As Solution Architect Digital Workplace, youwill be responsible for driving technology adoption and proficiencyamong employees experiencing our Digital Workplace platform. If youare passionate about translating business needs into IT solutionsand excel at analyzing SLAs, KPIs, and ServiceNow metrics, thisopportunity is for you.

Explore your tasks andresponsibilities

Develop and executethe Digital Workplace adoption strategy, driving one of the largestoperating system lifecycle projects this company hasexperienced.

Architecturally design and drivethe entire Digital Workplace adoption lifecycle from a technicalperspective, building the bridge between enterprise architecture,projects, and Service Management.

Identify andmanage the implementation of projects around Windows Workplace,focusing on deployment, monitoring, automated operations, andintegrated security.

Ensure new applicationsand services are launched with and supported by DigitalWorkplace.

Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, andbusiness units, to ensure alignment of digital workplace serviceswith organizational goals andobjectives.

Represent the technical delivery ofDigital Workplace services across theorganization.

Show yourexpertise

Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relatedfield.

Proven experience in Microsoftarchitectures around Digital Workplace and itsimplementation.

Technical knowledge of digitalworkplace technologies.

Experience in design ofWindows workplace ecosystem and management like printing, mobilephone (Apple) integration, and lifecyclemanagement.

Excellent technical andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross international teams.

Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approachto identifying and resolving issues.

MicrosoftAzure certification or formal training and proven cloud experienceis required.

Proven track record in design ofglobal Windows workplace ecosystems and theirrollout.

Ability to adapt to change and embraceinnovation, with a continuous improvementmindset.

Proficiency in English expected;German language skillsdesirable.
