What Youll Do

Lead the delivery of projects across all phasespre- and post-contract

Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring top-tier quality

Coordinate market testing and procurement activities

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tenders, risk logs, reports, and cost forecasts

Uphold best practices in environmental, health, safety, and quality standards

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding complex refurbishments and repositioning strategies

What You Bring

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 6 years experience in the construction or real estate sector

Progress toward Chartered status preferred

Experience with refurbishment or residential development projects

Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
