Delphi Software Developer

Your Responsibilities :
- Drive the development of innovative applications, using Jira and Confluence to optimise existing solutions.
- Independently develop and implement software solutions, utilising your knowledge of Delphi and programming languages.
- Actively contribute within to an Agile (Scrum) team.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, comprehensive testing, and detailed documentation.
- It is your responsibility to ensure excellence in your work, by collaborating with quality assurance and product management to drive success.
Your Qualifications :
- Completed training or degree in IT-related fields such as IT specialist, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Experience in software development using Delphi, preferably with Delphi 11.
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in both German and English.
