FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (GERMANY)
Our client is a leading company specialized in the production of vision systems for pharmaceutical companies and packaging machines manufacturer, recently acquired by a WW leader of packaging solutions and services for the pharmaceutical industry. They are now seeking to hire an experienced Field Service Engineer in Germany for DACH Market.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Vision and traceability systems installation, configuration and assistance (on-line and on-site) of software products for pharmaceutical packaging lines
- Software and Hardware debug on site
- Creation of reports and problems analysis
- execution of validation protocols
- Support for product testing and troubleshooting
- Customer consultancy and training
