They design software solutions that provide simple answers to specific needs: time & activity management, HR management, employee engagement, expense reports. Their goal is to increase productivity while providing their clients with a simple, efficient and user-friendly experience.
Your role
They are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the German team and help make Our Client Company an emerging player in the German market.
As one of the first members of our team in Munich, you will be a cornerstone of this adventure! So, what would you be part of?
Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, your mission will be to bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market. You will spot opportunities, qualify leads, and be the first friendly voice representing Our Client.
To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various Business Units at Our Client Company (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).
And, what will you do exactly?
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients: whether by email, phone, LinkedIn, or any other channel you choose.
- Understand the real needs behind every lead. We don’t pitch; we listen first.
- Work hand in hand with marketing to bring ideas to the table and improve our lead generation and qualification strategies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for our Account Executives.
- Share insights with our product team so we stay close to what the market really needs.
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.

❏ You have initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or fast-paced environments.
❏ You're tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
❏ You have native-level German and comfortable communicating in English.
