Our client provides SaaS solutions to optimize administrative and HR processes. They have more than 8’700 clients and 1’400’000 users all around the world (130 countries).
They design software solutions that provide simple answers to specific needs : time & activity management, HR management, employee engagement, expense reports. Their goal is to increase productivity while providing their clients with a simple, efficient and user-friendly experience.
Given their strong growth (40% per year on average) and our ambitions, they need to strengthen our workforce, which currently stands at 750 people in France (Paris, Marseille, Nantes), Spain (Barcelona), Switzerland (Geneva, Basel) and now Germany (Munich).
Your role
They are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the German team and help make Lucca an emerging player in the German market.
As one of the first members of our team in Munich, you will be a cornerstone of this adventure! So, what would you be part of?
Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, your mission will be to bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market. You will spot opportunities, qualify leads, and be the first friendly voice representing Lucca.
To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various Business Units at Lucca (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

Profile required
❏ You have a Bachelor's degree.
❏ You have initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or fast-paced environments.
❏ You're tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
❏ You have native-level German and comfortable communicating in English.
❏ You're curious about the world of tech, SaaS, and HR—and eager to grow in this space.
❏ Most importantly, you're excited to kick-start your career and make a real impact.
